By engaging Lintsawa Technologies for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Lintsawa Technologies provides IT consulting, web development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, training, and hosting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Invoices are due within the agreed period. Late payments may attract additional charges as outlined in the contract.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. Lintsawa Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
Lintsawa Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the amount paid for the relevant service.
